Termites: I am writing to express my appreciation of the work carried out on my unit. I was extremely stressed by the termites, so on the day of treatment was stressed out. Mike arrived at the time expected. He walked through the unit with me and explained what he would be doing. Realising how upset I was, he sent me off. Leaving a number for him to ring on completion of the job. He moved all furniture and I had forgotten to remove pictures from a book case, which he did. He also said “where is your vac”? He phoned as promised and I returned to settle up the account with him. I was thrilled to find everything back in the correct place, even pictures on the book case, floor vacuumed, and be told I could get my cat from the vet (I had boarded him for the time) and settle back home. People always complain about service, but in my opinion your staff are first rate and give 120% satisfaction. Once again thank you.
