I would like to thank you for the time you spent talking to me on the phone about the property we were looking to purchase. It was great to talk to someone who was really interested in helping to ease our concerns. John came to the property on Monday and was fantastic. He answered all my questions and was happy to take the time to show me any affected areas that I should know about.
