I felt I had to write to you to say how impressed I have been by the service given by your company.
I wanted a check done to see if the house was being eaten alive and the gentleman who took my phone call was wonderful. Unfortunately I did not get his name, but he was not only efficient, but friendly, courteous, and a delight to speak to. I was impressed at that stage, but then the Termite Inspector arrived. He was also a delightful, informative, and courteous person who explained what he was doing and why, respected my home and was relaxed, friendly, and efficient. His name I do have. He is Peyman Mehr.
